Q: Are your products truly non-toxic?

Yes — clean ingredients are at the core of everything we make. Across all products, we prioritize plant-based and naturally derived ingredients, and avoid parabens, synthetic dyes, harsh additives, and unnecessary fillers.

Q: Are your products safe to use around kids and pets?

We formulate with care and avoid many of the harsh chemicals found in conventional products. We always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated space and keeping them out of reach of children and pets. If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Q: Where are your products made?

Everything is handcrafted in small batches in Denver, Colorado. Small batch production means more attention to detail and better quality control in every single product.

Q: Why do you make in small batches?

Making in small batches means we can be intentional about every ingredient, every pour, and every product that goes out the door. It's slower, but it's the way we want to make things.

Q: Do you use sustainable or ethical sourcing practices?

We're committed to thoughtfully sourced ingredients and packaging wherever possible. This is something we're always working to improve as the brand grows.

Q: How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — this prevents tunneling and helps your candle burn evenly every time after.

Q: How long should I burn my candle at one time?

Try to keep burns between 2 to 4 hours. Burning longer than that can cause the wick to mushroom and affect the quality of your scent throw.

Q: When should I stop using my candle?

Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom. Burning past this point can cause the jar to overheat.

Q: Can I reuse the candle jar?

Absolutely. Once the candle is finished, place the jar in the freezer for about an hour and the remaining wax should pop right out. Then wash with warm soapy water and it's ready for a new life.
